This is my online journal where I share my life's adventures - which range from my photography to travel, food, random musings, and pretty much everyday life in between. I hope you enjoy the journey with me:)

What I love about getting to capture celebrations like this, is just the mind-boggling thought that somewhere somehow, two people living different lives, from very different countries on opposite ends on the world, happened to meet up in a place that is even more different from each of their origins. And that’s where the true adventure begins…
Being lovers of nature and The Great Outdoors, they decided to arrange a ‘wedding weekend’ celebration in South Africa at the Mokala National Park just outside of Kimberley. The theme of the wedding was rustic and laid back, surrounded by their closest friends and family from all around the world.
Arriving at Mokala on the morning of the wedding was a treat in itself! The drive down to the Lilydale Rest Camp was a whole little game drive, with plenty of game out and about enjoying the morning rays. There were also some very inquisitive characters hanging around the reception hall who seemed quite happy to pose for the camera!
